Important information

Details of the "Family Start of Summer" offer:

1. The offer is valid only for new reservations made from February 20, 2026. The offer is not retroactive.

2. To receive vouchers worth a total of PLN 500, a reservation must be made for at least 8 days (7 nights) from weekend to weekend (arrival: Saturday/Sunday, departure: Saturday/Sunday) and must be fully booked between June 27 and July 5, 2026. Stays of 1-2 days within the indicated period do not entitle you to vouchers. The number of packages is limited - we reserve the right to cancel the offer at any time.

3. The voucher, worth a total of PLN 500, includes:

• Voucher worth PLN 150 for use at the CIAO PIZZA Italian Bistro restaurant
• Voucher worth PLN 350 for use at the SOLEO go! bike rental.

ATTENTION! Attractions and services located in the new Aqua & Play Zone include: a 1.2m deep swimming pool, a children's pool, 2 jacuzzis, a Finnish sauna, a zip-line, a multi-level playground, a playroom, and the iHola Amigos! Tex-Mex & Pool bar OPEN from May 30, 2026.

Additional fees:

• Resort tax according to the Rewal Commune rates - PLN 3 per person per day
• Electricity fee according to consumption according to the submeter located in each cottage
• Parking - PLN 15/day or PLN 35/day (for the GARDEN VILLA+ cottage with a private parking space next to the cottage)
• Refundable deposit of PLN 500 for bookings of the SUPERIOR Duplex Apartments

PET POLICY:
Small dogs up to 10 kg can only be accommodated in selected LUX cottages for 4 people and Garden Villa+ for 6 people. In other cottages, pets are not allowed.

In the case of a stay with a dog, an additional fee of PLN 50 per night and a refundable deposit of PLN 500 are charged.

Staying with a dog in the resort and attractions is not allowed. Dogs can only use the garden at the reserved house.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of part of your stay, late arrival, or early departure from the resort, due to reasons beyond the resort's control, does not entitle you to a refund. You can change your stay free of charge up to 30 days before the start of your stay. Changes can be made only once to any other available date in the 2026 season. If you change your booking date, any discounts and freebies you receive will not be transferred to the new booking date. Cancelling your stay entirely does not entitle you to a refund of your deposit.
