Important information

Details of the "Christmas discount code" OFFER:

1. The "GIFT" discount code is only valid for new reservations made between December 1 and December 31, 2025, that used the discount code when booking. To receive the 5% discount, after selecting a stay date in the 2026 season, enter the "GIFT" code in the appropriate field in the online booking window.

2. The discount applies to all cottage types. The discount code cannot be combined with other discounts. The code cannot be applied retroactively.

3. PLEASE NOTE! Attractions and services located in the new Aqua&Play Zone include: a 1.2 m deep swimming pool, a children's pool, 2 jacuzzis, a Finnish sauna, a zip line, a multi-level playground, a playroom and the iHola Amigos! Tex-Mex Restaurant & pool bar OPEN from May 30, 2026.

Animal policy:

Small dogs up to 10 kg are only allowed in selected LUX 4-person cottages - B10, B11 and B12. Pets are not allowed in the other cottages.

In the case of a stay with a dog, an additional fee of PLN 80 per day and a refundable deposit of PLN 500 are charged.

Dogs are not permitted on the resort grounds or at attractions. Dogs are only permitted in the garden area of ​​the booked cottage.

Pools and jacuzzi are open in case of good weather conditions.

Additional costs:

• Resort tax according to the Rewal Commune rates - PLN 3 per person per day;
• Electricity fee based on consumption according to the submeter located in each cottage
• Parking - PLN 15/day or PLN 35/day (for the GARDEN VILLA+ cottage with a private parking space next to the cottage)
• Refundable deposit of PLN 500 for bookings of the SUPERIOR Duplex Apartments

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of part of your stay, late arrival, or early departure from the resort, due to reasons beyond the resort's control, does not entitle you to a refund. You can change your stay free of charge up to 30 days before the start of your stay. Changes can be made only once to any other available date in the 2026 season. In the event of a change, any discounts and bonuses will not be transferred to the new booking date. Full cancellation of your stay does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit.
