We created it to make it easier for you to quickly find the information you need and to help you in situations that may occur during your stay at SOLEO® Family Resort.

How can I book a stay?

You can book your stay in 3 ways:

1. by yourself using our online booking system available on our website https://soleo-resort.eu/booking

2. by contacting us by e-mail at the address: rezerwacje@soleo-resort.pl

How do I pay for my stay?

Confirmation of the reservation is a payment of 40% of the reservation value within a maximum of 3 days from making the reservation or within the specified period after making the reservation.

The remaining 60% of the fee for the entire period of stay at the Resort must be paid to the bank account no later than 30 days before the stay.

For reservations made less than 30 days before the stay, 100% of the reservation value is required within 3 days of making the reservation.

If the payment is not credited to our bank account within the specified time, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.

Are pets allowed?

The resort does not accept any pets without exception. Please leave them at home in the care of family or friends.

Are there any discounts on stays with the Loyalty Card?

The status of a Regular Customer is given to Guests who visit us again (from the second stay). They receive a special Regular Customer Card when checking in at the resort reception. Having the status of a Regular Customer entitles you to receive bonuses during your stay:

• 10% discount on the entire offer of CIAO PIZZA Italian bistro

• 10% discount on the entire offer of Hola Amigos! tex-mex&pool bar (opening June 2025)

• 10% discount on the entire offer of LA PLAYA Cocktail Bar

• 10% discount on the entire offer of CIAO GELATO ice cream shop

• 10% discount on SOLEOgo! bike rental

How do the houses differ from each other?

Cottages generally differ in type and standard of finishing and equipment, the maximum number of people who can live in them and their location.

Standard houses are semi-detached cottages, they are for a maximum of 5 people - there are 5 full-value sleeping places. Standard equipment. The cottage consists of a living room, where there is a fold-out corner for 2 people, a kitchenette, and one separate bedroom for two people (double bed + single bed). Each cottage has a terrace with garden furniture and a grill and a garden for private use, where the whole family can relax freely.

LUX houses are detached cottages, designed for a maximum of 4 people - there are 4 full-value sleeping places. The cottage consists of a living room, where there is a fold-out corner sofa for 2 people, a kitchenette, and one separate bedroom for two people (a double bed or, on request, the possibility of setting up two single beds). LUX cottages are finished to a higher standard, have additional equipment (including a second TV in the bedroom) and enlarged terraces. They also have an enlarged living room and bathroom. Each cottage has a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a garden for private use.

LUX+ houses are detached cottages, designed for a maximum of 4-5 people - there are 4 full-value sleeping places + an additional bed for a child up to approx. 10 years old. The cottage consists of a living room, where there is a fold-out corner sofa for 2 people, a kitchenette, and one separate bedroom for two people (double bed + 160x70 cm bed). LUX cottages are finished to a higher standard, have additional equipment (including a second TV in the bedroom) and enlarged terraces. They also have an enlarged living room and bathroom. Each cottage has a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue and a garden for private use.

The Holiday Apartments  are designed for a maximum of 4 - 5 people, located in the central part of the resort, have an even higher standard, including air conditioning, large covered terraces and a fenced garden for private use, where the whole family can relax freely. The entrance to the apartments is located on the side of the playgrounds, while their terraces face the opposite side, there are no communication paths there, they are fenced and therefore more private. The cottage consists of a living room, where there is a fold-out corner for 2 people, a kitchenette, and one separate bedroom for two people (double bed + single bed 200x80 cm). There is an additional TV in the bedroom. Additionally, the apartments have the best access to the resort's attractions - playrooms, gastronomy, playgrounds, AquaFun zone, and reception. Guests highly praise their stay in the holiday apartments.

Garden Villa - a detached two-bedroom cottage for up to 6 people - consists of a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, dining table, and two separate bedrooms - a master bedroom for two people (double bed 140x200 cm) and a children's bedroom with a single bed 80x200 and a bunk bed 80x170 cm. Garden Villas are located in the rear part of the resort, have the highest standard, large covered terraces and a garden for private use where the whole family can relax freely. The cottages are air-conditioned, and the kitchenette also has a dishwasher. There is an additional TV in the bedroom. We would like to point out that the cottages are NOT INTENDED FOR TWO FAMILIES (no second double bed).

The Superior Duplex Apartment is a detached apartment finished to the highest standard with a spacious living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower, guaranteeing maximum comfort for a larger family or 2 families. The first bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 m, and the second has a sofa bed with an Italian frame measuring 90/140x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm. Modern, bright interiors, rich equipment of the apartment and kitchenette, including a dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, large fridge with freezer and air conditioning on both floors will meet the expectations of very demanding guests. Spacious terraces and gardens for exclusive use provide even more additional space for relaxation. Additionally, private parking for 2 cars right next to the apartment.

LUX FAMILY HOUSES - these are two independent 4-person LUX houses facing each other and connected by a shared covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, thanks to which families have an independent space for sleeping and a common space for integration on the terrace and shared garden located between the houses. Each LUX house consists of a living room, where there is a fold-out corner for 2 people, a kitchenette and one separate bedroom for two people (double bed), bathroom with shower. The houses are intended for two families who know each other and want to spend time together. We rent only for the same length of stay.

LUX+ FAMILY HOUSES - these are two independent LUX+ 4-5 person houses facing each other and connected by a shared covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, thanks to which families have an independent space for sleeping and a common space for integration on the terrace and shared garden located between the houses. Each LUX+ house consists of a living room, where there is a fold-out corner sofa for 2 people, a kitchenette and one separate bedroom for two people (double bed + 160x70 cm bed), bathroom with shower. The houses are intended for two families who know each other and want to spend time together. We rent only for the same length of stay.

Can I book a specific house?

When making a reservation, you choose the type of cottage, not a specific cottage or number. There is an option to write down your preferences regarding the location of the cottage in the "reservation notes" field. Whenever possible, we try to take into account the suggestions of our guests, but this is not a 100% guarantee of receiving a given cottage and the allocation of another does not constitute a basis for claims in this respect.

What beach equipment is provided in the cottages?

Each cottage has wooden deck chairs and a beach screen that you can take with you to the beach.

Which houses have 2 bedrooms?

+

The 2-bedroom cottages are a 6-person Garden Villa/Villa+ or a SUPERIOR Duplex Apartment for up to 7 people.

The Garden Villa/Villa+ cottage is not recommended for booking by 2 families - there are no double beds in the house, one of the bedrooms is a children's bedroom - there is a bunk bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom is a double bedroom with a double bed.

Which houses have air conditioning?

The houses with air conditioning are Holiday Apartments, Garden Villa/Villa+ or SUPERIOR Duplex Apartments with 2 bedrooms.

Can a given type of cottage accommodate more people than the number of beds?

+

An additional person accommodated in the cottage over the maximum number of people that can be registered in the cottage can only be one child under 2 years of age sleeping in bed with parents.

Otherwise, it is not possible to accommodate more people than the number of beds available in a given cottage, therefore there is also no option to add any additional extra beds/tourist beds.

What equipment is provided in the kitchenettes?

The kitchenette is equipped with all the basic accessories for preparing and serving meals. The equipment includes a small fridge, microwave, portable single-burner cooker, electric kettle, as well as glasses, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, plates (small, large, deep), bowls, larger bowls, a platter, frying pan, pot, bread basket, chopping board, chopping knives, kitchen accessories - ladle, peeler, corkscrew, colander, butter dish, paper towel rack.

 

Garden Villa/Villa houses also have a two-burner built-in induction cooker, a dishwasher and a cooker hood.

 

The SUPERIOR Duplex Apartments have a 4-burner induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and cooker hood.

The SUPERIOR apartment is also equipped with a washer-dryer.

RESORT AND ATTRACTIONS

What is the distance to the sea?

The distance to the nearest beach access is approx. 350 metres, which is only a 3-4 minute walk.

Are there steps leading down to the beach?

+

The beach access closest to the SOLEO resort is a gentle concrete descent, without steps. This makes it easy to go down with a pram or bike.

Where is the nearest store?

Just 10 minutes walk from SOLEO (approx. 800 m) there is a Biedronka store, which is located on Kamieńska/Topolowa Street. A little further, also on Kamieńska Street, there is Market DINO. A smaller Mieszko store, where you can do your daily shopping, is located approx. 750 m from the Resort, on Różana Street.

What facilities for children are available at the resort?

With your comfort in mind during your stay with your child, we have prepared the possibility of renting children's accessories:

• Available free of charge: high chair, bathtub, potty, toilet seat, plastic dishes and cutlery, plugs for sockets

• Available for an additional fee: travel cot with mattress and bedding, bed rail

How deep and large is the pool?

The approximate dimensions of the pool located on the resort premises are 9x10m, and its depth is approximately 1m. The pool also has a separate paddling pool for small children.

In the 2025 season, two additional pools will be opened:

- a pool measuring 13.31 x 7.15 m and 1.2 m deep

- a children's pool with attractions measuring 40 cm deep, dimensions 11 x 4 m.

Are there any slides in the pool?

The pool has one slide in the shape of an elephant, which is intended for smaller children. The new pool area (opening June 2025) will have a double, medium-sized slide, and the paddling pool will have a small slide in the shape of an elephant.

Is the resort fenced?

The SOLEO resort area is completely fenced and monitored.

You can only enter the resort area using a special code for gates or doors, which guests receive before arrival in the departure message and at check-in.

With the comfort and safety of your stay at the SOLEO Resort in mind, we have introduced the requirement to wear armbands confirming your ability to stay on the premises of the SOLEO® Resort and use its attractions.

How much does it cost to rent a bike at SOLEO go!?

Bike rental costs PLN 50/day or PLN 10/hour. Guests of the SOLEO Resort are entitled to a 50% discount on the above rental prices. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers.

Can I rent bicycle accessories from a bike rental shop?

At the SOLEO go! bike rental, you can rent not only a bike, but also accessories such as helmets, a child carrier seat, or a trailer.

The rental of accessories is free of charge.

What attractions are available in bad weather?

The SOLEO resort offers a multitude of attractions for children of all ages, and most of them are available even in unfavourable weather conditions.

SOLEO guests have access to 2 playrooms during their stay – SOLEO Playroom for younger children and SOLEO Kids Arena, the covered Monkey Grove, Gaming Room. There are also all-day animations for children, so activities for children are held every day regardless of the weather.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are closed for safety reasons in the absence of favorable conditions.

ANIMATIONS

Are animations available outside the summer holidays?

Yes – animations are conducted throughout the entire opening period of the resort, i.e. from the May weekend until mid-September.

What are the animation's hours for children?

Animations for children take place from early morning to evening, i.e. from about 8:00-9:00 even until 21:00-22:00. The exact hours of the animations depend on the games programme planned for a given day.

Can children participate in the animations on their own?

Children of all ages can participate in the activities, but the animators do not act as guardians. Parents are responsible for the safety of minors. Children who are independent can participate in the activities on their own, and in the case of small children, we recommend that they participate under the supervision of parents or guardians.

From what time can you check in?

The hotel day starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.

Can I arrive earlier?

Usually, until 10:00, guests ending their stay in the cottage stay. From the moment of departure, we have time to prepare the cottage for guests starting their stay. We always try to prepare the cottages first for guests who inform us of an earlier arrival, but the guarantee of receiving the cottage is from 16:00.

Upon arrival, please go to the reception to find out if your cottage is ready. If it is possible and the cottage is ready for your arrival earlier, it will be possible to check in earlier without any additional fee.

If the cottage is not ready yet, we will ask you to park in the nearby Municipal car park for that time, but you will receive special wristbands and you will be able to use the resort's attractions or the restaurant part - and as soon as the cottage is ready, the reception will notify you by phone and you will be able to check in.

Is there parking on the resort premises?

+

Parking is located on the resort grounds and each cottage has a specific parking space that is reserved for that cottage. The Garden Villa+ cottages and the SUPERIOR Apartments have their own private parking spaces, located right next to the cottages.

Is the parking lot guarded?

The SOLEO resort parking lot is monitored but is not guarded.

GASTRONOMY

What times is breakfast served in the restaurant?

+

Breakfast is served at the CIAO PIZZA Italian Bistro restaurant every day from 08:00 to 11:00. You can go directly to the restaurant for breakfast or place an order through ROOM SERVICE, which means free delivery straight to your cottage!

Can a breakfast package be purchased on site?

When booking a stay at SOLEO, guests have the option of adding a breakfast package to their reservation, which can only be purchased at the time of booking or up to 7 days from the date of booking, and payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. There is no option to buy a breakfast package on site - you can use the restaurant's offer on your own.

Is it possible to book a full board stay?

At the SOLEO® Resort, we do not offer full board stays. Only a breakfast package with a 20% discount can be purchased for the reservation. For other meals, guests can use the offer of the CIAO PIZZA Italian Bistro restaurant, LA PLAYA Cocktail Bar and CIAO Gelato ice cream parlor on their own. The cottages have kitchenettes equipped with all the necessary cooking and serving utensils, so you can also prepare meals on your own. Each cottage also has a private charcoal grill for use.
